Ever wonder how that
Massachusetts judge
who took your children
away and stripped you
of your house and assets
got to sit on the bench?
All judges were approved,
usually by unanimous,
vote, by the Governors
Council at a public hearing.
The audio for their
hearings over the last
couple of years can be heard here:

Oppose Kimberly Budd's Nomination for Chief Justice of the Mass SJC

Today Justice Kimberly Budd was nominated as Chief of the Supreme Judicial Court.

In a 2018 case Miller vs Miller, Budd agreed that a capable and fit parent should lose custody of their child.

Our laws do not require our judges to take custody from capable and fit parents, and it is difficult to comprehend how such action is in the "best interest of the children"

The case was a removal case, one party wished to leave the Commonwealth.  The lower court judge simply took custody away from one parent to make one parent the winner the other the loser.

If you believe that capable and fit parents should be treated as equals and not have custody taken from them, then you should speak out against this nomination.

If you do you will be heard and this action may led to the SJC correcting themselves.

If you do nothing, nothing will get better.

Any justice that voted for this decision, should be opposed for promotion
