PF's newest chapter kicked off with an inaugural meeting at the Good Samaritan hospital in Brockton. Ron Olsen led the meeting with the assistance of veterans from the Bristol County chapter: Steve Bigos, Al Gauthier, and Ray Saulnier.Several CPF members from other chapters were present to inform the several new people what is being done in the organization. Most of the meeting was spent discussing the immediate needs of the newcomers.
Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month at the hospital, on North Pearl St. (route 27 ), just off Route 24. Meeting time is 7pm. Ron Olsen is in the process of getting a dedicated phone number; in the meantime, see the numbers on the CPF chapters page.
