Heartfelt thanks from Karen and I for all the support that has been offered through our ordeal.
Although the truth did not prevail, we all realize that the "one with the best lies win."

We didn't play that game. My lawyer did the very best he could in dealing with TRUTH.
He worked his ass off in this case (for peanuts).

The judge was very fair.
The jury dealt with the hand that they were dealt and came up with a valid verdict.

I BELIEVED my step-son's testimony!! He was well coached and was finally
able to get the approval of his mother who has NEVER accepted him since his birth!!!
I've been told that "whoever presents the best lies, WINS!

This had proven to be true.

We were armed with the TRUTH and were not believed!!
Due to the nature of legal procedures, we were not able to get to the fact that
my ex knows where I live and that she has recently moved two blocks away in her
continuing attempts to play her vindictive games. We simply could not get there
due to "relevance."

This was one of our major points that was unable to get out in the proceedings.
It sounds crazy, but you would have to have been there to appreciate it.
In  light of the verdict, I am thankful to be able to send this message at this time.
I now have to deal with two years of supervised probation and a women who is still not satisfied.

If anyone can hook us up with a 3 bedroom apartment that accepts Section 8 certificates,
my family and I have a need to get out of this town and set up where this women will be
less of a threat.

We are both upstanding college students with 4 children who need to escape from this
vicious woman who is bent on putting me in jail.

Thank you for all of your sentiments and support. God bless all who have assembled to
support me and the cause in Fall River. Please pass this message on.
