An invitation:
...to all who are ready to address the most pressing social issue
of our day--How do we restore the value and participation of
fathers?
The Coalition for the Preservation of Fatherhood (CPF) is sponsoring
its second Unity Conference for Fatherhood. Expanding from our first
event, we will present an insightful program designed to educate,
and to inspire advocacy aimed at promoting active fatherhood.
Several nationally recognized speakers will be present, as will some
of Massachusetts' best fathers rights advocates: Anne Mitchell, Esq.,
of Palo Alto, CA., founder of Fathers Rights and Equality Exchange
(FREE), Stuart Miller, Washington DC, Senior Legislative Analyst from
the American Fathers Coalition (AFC), Prof. Wolfgang Hirczy, from
Oklahoma State U., who has written on family law issues.
Distinguished speakers from Massachusetts include Prof. Eugene Narrett
from Framingham State U., and Patrick Henry Flynn, Legislative
Director of CPF, Ted Ell, founder of Parents and Children Together
(PACT), and keynote speaker George Scott' local union president.

Directions:
Take Route 2 to Exit 33 (190, Leominster, Worcester). Stay on exit
ramp till traffic light. See signs for SearsTown mall. Proceed through
the traffic light. You are now on Mechanic Street. The Hall at 149
Mechanic Street is approximately 0.8 miles from the traffic light
on your left.
From 190, take Exit 8 (Mechanic Street? Route 2?). The exit ramp
puts you on the same road as described above for Route 2 directions.
Follow those directions.
Registration:
To cover costs of the site, lunch and materials, a registration fee
of $25 is required. Additional family members or significant other
admitted for $10.00. Should your resources be extremely limited,
a $12.50 registration fee is available.
You do not need to pre-register to attend.
